  Ana Hansa-Ogren - In her studio space in Bay View, Milwaukee WI. The building, a former catholic grade school, was purchased and renovated by artist Fred Stonehouse. The school house charm still exists in the chalkboards that line the walls and the terrazzo floors throughout the building.

  My name is Eddie Villanueva, and I am an artist. One of the things that I love about being an artist is having the opportunity to peek inside other artists’ studios. The artist studio is more than just an office or a space to work. It is an incubator for the creative process; a space that is specific to its inhabitant, and is filled with the physical residue of the artist’s idiosyncratic developmental process. This blog is a catalog of snap shots of the working artists’ studio, shown unfettered and in-progress.
